Shipping and Delivery

We are proud to offer International Shipping services that currently operate in over 100 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We strive to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

How do you ship packages

For most of our items you can select between Standard International Shipping (with Tracking Number) or Express International Shipping (Door-to-Door).

Berimbaus can only be shipped via Express International due to their unique dimensions.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location (see estimation below), and depend also on the nature of your order – if your order consists of a made-to-order item, like Berimbaum, you should consider 1-2 days for preparation.

According to our experience, most packages take about:

  • Standard International (We use EcoPost): 2-3 weeks to arrive (Europe, Faster, Amaericas and Australia, longer)
  • Express International: 3-6 Business Days (Please bare in mind some items are being made by us per order and take 1-3 work days to prepare)

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 4 days, please contact us.

My tracking hasn’t changed in days

Once the tracking shows that the package was shipped, there is usually a gap of a few days or even more, until your package is scanned in your country. Once in your country, tracking info varies in its frequency, according to the usual administration in your location. You can usually track our shipping code with your own national postal tracking sysem, as once in your country it is handled by them.

If in the USA, the tracking code will be applicable on the USPS tracking system as well.

CUSTOMS FEES & IMPORT VAT

Please note that each country has its own customs regulations and import taxes. As such, any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred during shipping. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on the applicable fees before making a purchase.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped, unless this is a customized item (i.e. with your name engraved). When a csutomized order needs be changed you must contact us within 12 hours or at least catch us before the customization process has begun.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason, with these restrictions:

  • If you received the wrong or deffective item you can request a refund or a reshipment with no further expenses to you.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. In such events it is sometimes advisable to try and resell the item to your fellow Capoeiristas.
  • Your package was returned to us due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address) – Excluding Shipping Costs
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of ZumZum Capoeira Shop (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster). Excluding Shipping Costs
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of ZumZum Capoeira Shop. Excluding Shipping Costs

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page or on our whatsapp +972586960076

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you via the same method of payment you used to make your original order with us.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Shipping the item back to us is on you, shipping a new item back to you, is on us,
