🚚 How We Ship
- Most items can be shipped with Standard International Shipping (with tracking) or Express International Shipping (door to door).
- Because of their size, berimbaus are shipped express only.
- Handmade or made-to-order items may need 1–2 extra days of preparation before shipping.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard International (EcoPost): usually 2–3 weeks. Europe is often faster. The Americas and Australia may take a little longer.
- Express International (DHL/EMS): usually 4–7 business days.
- Within Israel: 2–5 business days with courier delivery.
🔎 Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.
🌍 Customs & Import Taxes
We always want to make international shopping easy and stress free.
- 🇺🇸 United States customers: Due to new import rules, we must collect U.S. import tax at checkout. We pay this directly on your behalf, so there will be no extra charges when your order arrives.
- 🇪🇺 European Union customers: Since we are outside the EU, your order may be subject to VAT, customs fees, or import duties when it arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- 🌎 Other countries: Local customs and import rules may apply depending on your country’s laws. Please check your local regulations if you are unsure.
